| A3X2G5 BK23187 Q724 is supplied extensively dry in moisture-proof packaging in the form of cylindrical or flat pellets. Its bulk density is about0,7g/cm . Standard packs are the special 25kg bag and the 1000kg bulk container (octagonal IBC= intermediate bulk container made fromcorrugated board with a liner bag). Subject to agreement other forms of packaging and shipment in tankers by road or rail are also possible.All containers are tightly sealed and should be opened only immediately prior to processing. To ensure that the material delivered cannotabsorb moisture from the air the containers must be stored in dry rooms and always carefully sealed again after portions of material havebeen withdrawn. The product can be kept indefinitely in the undamaged bags. Experience has shown that product supplied in IBCs can bestored for about 3 months without any adverse effects on processing properties due to moisture absorption. Containers stored in cold roomsshould be allowed to equilibrate to normal temperature so that no condensation forms on the pellets. |

❤LPOP-2010 is an inactive polyether polyol modified with a styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) polymer with a solid content of approx 10% by weight. It can be used for the production of slabstock foams.Sampling Moisture access must be prevented when taking product samples.
❤ POP-2010 polyol is a unique grafted polyether polyol containing styrene and acrylonitrile with a solids content of 10%. POP-2010 polyol is designed to increase foam stiffness in the manufacture of slab foam and VE memory foam. It can be used to produce high load-bearing foams in a wide density range. POP-2010 can be used in formulations using all TDI, TDI/polymer MDI blends, or all-polymer MDI components. |

❤ Handling PrecautionsFlash point is above 200℃ (open cup method), flammable but non-explosive. In case of fire, put out withfoams, dry powder, steam or water.When handling polyols, avoid exposure to eyes or prolong contact with the skin. If eye contact occurs,flush with plenty of water. If skin contact occurs, wash exposed areas thoroughly with soap and water.
❤ StorageRecommended storage temperature (℃):10-35Shelf life (ex-works) 12 months if stored in sealed, moisture-tight containers.Partially used containers should be tightly resealed due to the hygroscopic nature of the product.Recommended temperature for processing (℃):20-25. |
