COPOLYMER POLYOL LHS-50
General Properties and Applications
LHS-50 is an inactive polymer polyol modified with a styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) polymer with a solid
content of approx 45% by weight. It effectively combines a high solid content with low viscosity. LHS-50
can also be used for the production of conventional slabstock foams with very high load bearing properties.

Product manual
LHS-50 is high solid content grafting polyether
polyol which can improve the load-bearing
property of the polyurethane foam. It is suitable to
produce flexible,semi-rigid polyurethane foam
especially for slabstock foam, cushion, mattress,
furniture and many other applications.
Benefits
Low viscosity
Low monomer residue
High whiteness
No gel mixing with water
BHT and amine free,
Foam made by LHS-50 has a low density gradient and fine cell structure.
Applications
It is used to produce flexible slabstock foam,
cushion, mattress and furniture, etc.
